These terms cover two things: using the myleadjar.com website, and engaging LeadJar’s AI enquiry handling and lead management service. By using this site, or by booking and starting work with LeadJar, you’re agreeing to what’s below.

What LeadJar provides

LeadJar uses AI to reply to your customer enquiries across your website, email, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp. LeadJar Voice also includes AI phone answering, using the plan you agree with us on your consultation.

Pricing and fees

• LeadJar is offered as two plans — Core and Voice. Pricing is not published and is confirmed as a personalised quote after your consultation.
• Exact fees, contract terms, including notice periods and cancellation, are set out in your service agreement.

The Live Test tool

The Live Test on this site is for evaluation only — it demonstrates an AI-generated reply and is not itself a service commitment. Details you submit there are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Booking a consultation

Booking a consultation does not commit you to anything. It’s a 30-minute conversation to look at how enquiries are handled today and confirm whether working together makes sense.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it to submit false or malicious information through the Live Test or booking flow.

Intellectual property

The LeadJar name, logo and the content of this website belong to LeadJar. The automation system we build for you as part of a paid engagement is yours to keep, as set out above.

No guaranteed outcomes

We aim to deliver the functionality described on this site and agreed during your consultation. Results for your business will depend on factors outside our control, such as your enquiry volume, industry and how enquiries are currently handled.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadJar’s liability for any claim relating to the website or the service is limited to the fees you’ve paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
