This policy explains what information LeadJar collects from visitors to myleadjar.com, why we collect it, and how we handle it. It covers this website only — it does not cover the separate lead-handling systems LeadJar builds and operates for its clients, which are governed by each client’s own agreement with us.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us through this site:

• Live Test tool. Your name and email address. As stated on that section of the site, we use these details once, to send you the test reply. There is no follow-up sequence, no list, and no sales calls as a result of using the tool.
• Booking a consultation. When our scheduling tool is connected, booking a call will ask for contact details and a few qualifying questions (roughly how many enquiries you get a week, an average customer value, and what you currently use for lead handling). This information is used to prepare for and run that call.
• Basic technical logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running reliably.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We don’t add you to a marketing list because you used the Live Test tool or booked a call.
• This site does not currently use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. If that changes, this page will be updated first.

How we use what you give us

We use your information only for the reason you gave it to us: to send you a Live Test reply, or to prepare for and deliver a consultation you’ve booked. We keep it only as long as needed for that purpose, or as long as we’re required to for legal or accounting reasons.

Third-party tools

To run this site and respond to enquiries, we rely on third-party tools for things like email delivery, call scheduling and workflow automation. These providers process information on our behalf and under their own privacy and security terms.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email abdul@myleadjar.com and we’ll action this promptly.
